Horizonte 2027

This fund invests 100% of total exposure in mainly private and minority public fixed income, including deposits, listed or unlisted, liquid money market instruments and up to 25% in subordinated debt (claims on common creditors).

Issuers/markets will be OECD (excluding emerging markets) with at least medium credit quality (minimum BBB-) or that of the Kingdom of Spain if lower, and up to 10% in low quality (below BBB-) or unrated. In the event of subsequent downgrades, the assets may be held in the portfolio.

The portfolio will be purchased on a spot basis and the assets are expected to be held until the maturity of the strategy, and there may be changes in the issues due to management criteria.

Average initial portfolio duration of less than two years (21 months) and decreasing as the time horizon approaches (December 2027). Maximum exposure to currency risk of 10%.
