"In accordance with the rules on transparency and customer protection provided for in Law 44/2002 of 22 November, RD 303/2004 of February 20 and, in particular, ECO / 734/2004 Order of March 11, Gesconsult, SA, SGIIC., offers its clients a Customer Service Department (hereinafter CSD) whose task is to handle and resolve claims and complaints submitted by customers.
The Customer Protection Regulations that regulate the activity of the Customer Service Department is also at the disposal of customers.

In accordance with the procedure and within the period stablished in the ECO/734/2004 Order of 11 March and once the Customer Service Department of Gesconsult, S.A. SGIIC has failed to provide an effective remedy to counteract or rectify a problem or an undesirable situation, claims or complaints should then be addressed to the Commissioner for the Defence of Financial Services Customers of the Spanish Securities and Exchange Commission (CNMV):
